In Hawaii, tourism has dropped significantly. This affects the primary markets
of air travel, hotels and restaurants in addition to the secondary markets of
those supplying to the tourist industry businesses. The local tour boats were
sitting idle in the harbor until a brilliant captain began advertising as a fishing
boat for local people to go out and catch their own fish.
